I can't wait to meet you! The experience starts when you email me with your appointment request. I will receive your message and get back to you with in 24 hours during the business week with more details to ensure that your first visit is seamless.

Next, you'll arrive and be greeted by the front desk to check in. I will then walk you through a 15-minute consultation process. We will plan out, not just your first visit, but a long-term plan to ensure all of you hair goals are met.

If you're here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in our database so that it is always be ready and waiting at each visit.

​

I will create a cut perfect for your face shape, lifestyle, and overall hair goal. Styling tips and tricks are always shared, and extended styling lessons are always available if you want to learn easy DIY updo's or fun curling techniques.

​

We'll wrap up the visit by sharing recommendations for at-home care and set you up with your next appointment. You can expect a follow up email within the next week to ensure that your style is just as expected.  I eagerly await your next visit!

Service Re-Do & Retail Policy...

As a Hairstylist in Chicago, I strive to offer my client's the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. 

Should you make a retail purchase with the salon, it is subject to their salon return policy.

Future Appointment Cancellation Policy...

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.

Should you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee will result, and half of the service amount booked will be due.
